The company is formed by a former United States Marine, who was a member of the renowned Security Force Battalion in the elite Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Force Company, also known as FAST Company. Here is where the core ethics to provide only the best security service available were developed with a U.S. Marine Corps emphasis. The foundation continued to develop with the achievement of passing the indoctrination of the U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Force Reconnaissance Unit, joining the private security industry in 1997 as an operator and manager in executive and dignitary protections, workplace violence interventions, investigations, preventions of corporate espionage, consulting, establishment and management of conventional uniformed security programs, along with providing education and training in such fields to an array of government agencies and private companies. A Texas Law Enforcement background has also helped structure the company with a career that began in 1999 in the correctional setting as a Texas County Jail Administrator ensuring the security and management of the facility, staff and inmates, and today still an active peace officer volunteering more than 40 hours a month as a Chief Deputy protecting and serving the citizens of the county and the state of Texas.
